2. Ordering & Crunching
Pricing: All prices on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice, but once you place an order, that price is locked in.
Payment: We accept standard payment methods (credit cards, digital wallets) as displayed at checkout. Payment must be processed before we ship your snacks.
Availability: If we run out of a batch of toasted corn, we’ll let you know ASAP and offer a full refund or a raincheck.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uproar Snacks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Our maximum liability to you, in any case, will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific product or order in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
