Shipping Policy

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM(S)
Please let us know within 7 days of delivery if your product(s) is damaged, faulty or the incorrect product was sent.

You will need to provide:
Your order number / Proof of purchase / Description of the issue
A few clear photos:
  •  The outside of the package, including the shipping label.
  • The inside of the package as it was when opened.
  • The damaged product(s).
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs cannot be refunded if there is an error out of our control. This includes:
1. An invalid delivery address entered at checkout.
2. If an uncollected parcel is returned to us.
Shipping costs cover the handling + delivery process by a courier, and is deemed 'provided' once a parcel has been lodged at their facility.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure they have provided the correct delivery details, and/or arranged parcel collection within the required timeframe.

Any Return-to-Sender fee charged by Australia Post will be deducted from the original order cost.
CHANGE OF MIND
Due to food safety regulations, we can’t accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Once it leaves our hands, it’s yours to enjoy!
